We request you to confirm if the url that you are typing has a www prefixed. If so, please remove and re-type the url and the site should be loading fine.
eg: www.abc.websites.co.in should be changed to abc.websites.co.in.
However, once you upgrade to a premium subscription plan, you will have a custom domain name which will work with/without www. prefixed.
