In case, this isn't the email id that you have used while making the payments, please provide us the alternate email ID that you must have entered for us to look into your case.
If you have made the payment for our subscription, please forward us some more details explaining how the payment was done and payment ID as it appears in your bank statement. This will help us investigate this case further.
We however confirm that the amount isn't captured by any of our payment processors. In case the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount should get credited back to your bank account in 5-7 working days.
