We've looked into your case and we see that the your site is down because of incorrect mapping process. Do you own the domain name bought from a 3rd party vendor like GoDaddy? Mapping is the process applicable only when you own the domain name. If, that's not the case booking is the option meant for you. While we will help you resolve this matter and help you put your site back on, we also understand that having your site down for a while right after making the purchase is really frustrating experience and we never want our users to have such experience.
