How to View Business Enquiries Using Web Dashboard



  • To view business enquiries click on the Enquiries option in the left navigation bar and select the business option from the sub-menu.



  • Click on the Eye icon in front of the enquiry to view the detailed enquiry message.



How to View Business Enquiries Using Websites.co.in App



  • To view business enquiries tap on the main menu & select Enquires.


  • In the sub-menu, select General.




  • Now you can see the business enquiries. 


  • You can directly connect with the customer on WhatsApp by tapping on the WhatsApp icon.
